1. Our company’s refund policy is only valid until 15 days after delivery date.
2. If order is returned with quality issue after 15 days’ validity period, the client will be charged 30% for proofreading and 50% for rework. The 30% and 50% is of the total cost of the order.
3. Our company’s refund policy is only valid for audio or video files under category A (Excellent) or B (Good).
4. Proofreaders will scan the returned files first for quality issue before we raise the refund request.
5. If the proofreaders find quality issues in the returned order, the refund request will be raised. We will ask the customer for a revised copy.
6. Our company’s refund policy is not valid for rush orders and files with Difficult category.
7. Our company’s accuracy guarantee is not applicable to rush orders and files with Difficult category. Rework is also not applicable for that kind of order.
8. The turnaround time starts only upon the completion of the payment, and not from the time of file upload.
9. A customer is eligible for only one offer per order.
